·Protective and Peace orders -Representation in both obtaining and defending against such proceedings.  it is always better to have an attorney in these matters, especially if there are underlying divorce and/or custody issues, as the result of the peace order or protective order proceedings may impact  issues in your divorce or custody case.  Such orders may also affect your employment, so it is best to proceed with the guidance of an attorney who has extensive experience in these areas.
